The Access to information Network (ATI Network), a collaboration of civil society which seeks to strengthen the effective use of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) has released a shadow report on the use of PAIA by public and private bodies. The Report covers the period 1 August 2015 to 31 July 2016, during which ATI Network members submitted 369 PAIA requests to government and private institutions.
