The creation of the Norms and Standards was a major victory for learners and parents. Equal Education (EE) has worked hard to make sure that the Norms and Standards are properly implemented. Notwithstanding the victory EE intends to go back to court, because the Norms and Standards law is not good enough. It has gaps and does not do enough to force government to fix our schools.
