This is a joint submission made by Equal Education (EE) and Equal Education Law Centre (EELC) in response to the proposed amendments to the Regulations Relating to Minimum Uniform Norms and Standards for Public School Infrastructure, which were published by the Department of Basic Education (“DBE”) for public comment in Government Gazette 46543 of 10 June 2022 (“2022 draft Amended Norms”).
