This submission is made as part of a broader campaign calling for Real Reform of the ECD sector supported, as at the date of this submission, by over 200 organisations. The EELC is a founding member of Real Reform and sits on the legal sub-committee. Real Reform’s objective is to ensure an enabling legal, policy and regulatory environment for ECD so that all children can thrive.
