In September 2018 the Equal Education Law Centre made submissions on the Amended National Policy Framework on Child Justice.
Drawing on our research into the provision of education to children in conflict with the law, we welcomed the amendments but called for a more comprehensive determination of the roles and responsibilities of different role players, and for public participation in the viewing and commenting on reports provided to the Minister of Justice.
