The Northern Cape Education Department says it’s worried that more than three thousand learners have fallen pregnant between 2022 and March this year. They are between ten and 19 years old. The Department says the province has a significantly high number of teenage pregnancies, compared to other provinces. Yolisa Piliso, candidate attorney at Equal Education Law Centre joins SABC.
