This submission is made by the EELC in response to the call for comments by the South African Law Reform Commission (SALRC) on the domestication of the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities in South Africa (CRPD). We note from the onset that these submissions include recommendations that echo submissions that have previously been made by the EELC.
